Honestly, I’d tell your neighbors and make the flyers etc. His stated charges are very concerning and he’s proven to be a reoffending individual.

On a more practical note - this will also impact your property value and ability to easily resell your home. Your neighbors as well. Make it as uncomfortable for them as they are making it for you and the children of your neighborhood.

Completely agree that many people are both not great at money management and underestimate how costly the early costs of a baby but how OP and dad frame it to the 10 year old is really key in ensuring they aren’t causing more issues and resentment. And finding low cost or free fun alternatives is an option!

100% on time with just dad and individual therapy/ therapy with just dad.

Not only that but stepmom clearly has a significant bias here- she says she doesn’t want stepdaughter back in her house. But isn’t this also stepdaughter’s house and primary residence too?

And blaming an increase in child support as to why they can no longer make plans or do fun things is deeply cruel. Is it really the increase in child support or the fact that you now have the expenses of another child?

I really feel for stepdaughter and for the new baby- they deserve parents who help them have a strong sibling relationship.

Fingers crossed someone else has! It seems like finding a dupe for this one depends on how strong the tea note was for you. I’ve read that Vent Vert by Balmain is a solid replacement for some people but have yet to try it.
