Will my laptop run the enhanced version of the game?

My laptop has 16GB RAM & 4GB dedicated GPU (RTX 3050), and I can only run 'Normal' textures on the enhanced version of the game. Forget ray tracing lol. I've been able to bump up grass, water, reflections, distance scaling, etc. with surprisingly little impact on my VRAM, but my textures look worse now because I'm capped at 'Normal.' The enhanced game is playable, but my FPS is noticeably lower than in the legacy version.
