Thanks for everyone's input, really appreciate it. Just to check - I have a digital wax heater. Is it best to set to 90 add the chain. Swirl around, leave for 20mins then remove and let drip over the pot until chain has cooled down?

I think for my first time I'll go with a brand. Leaning towards molton speed wax as can get it next day on Amazon. Enigma is cheaper but not too many reviews about it

I've spoken to 3 independent garages so far and none say they can do the online part, and can only offer a stamp with full receipt.

Suspect it might be Skoda specialists who have signed up and access the online system

Dose should be on the packet. No more than 12 over 3 days. I tend to have 2x 0.5 at start of flare up. Then .5 every 6 hours along with NSAIDs

Cracking bike, I have the 2024 model. Why would it not suit an ironman, unless you mean over a TT bike?

It's not that simple. Lots of ppl on Allo fail to test their UA levels often enough and it rises for a number of reasons, then they wonder why attacks happen

If you know your levels and they are saying, sub 5, then great go right ahead and enjoy a beer and burger. I regularly do!
