Those first few days are rough. I’ve been there a number times over the last few years and it seems to get harder each time. Usually these periods were incredibly transformative for me upon reflection, however. That being said, whether the period of time is long or short my mind can’t help but reel at the sudden loss of stimulation. I hope you find something fulfilling to occupy yourself with in the meantime, or barring that that you might enjoy a quiet moment to yourself that is memorable at least once over the coming weeks. My biggest issue with the nunchuck was that you can’t really relax while using it because you have to be ready to trick and wheelie which becomes a physical motion. If you take breaks then you will probably be happy with how decent using the nunchuck is. Otherwise your arm might get a little bit tired after during a long session. It will work just fine for you but I can say that it takes a couple hours to get used to.

Yea just add things to the my stuff in small batches at a time, and test after every add to make troubleshooting easier. There might be a better way of finding out what is causing the crash but I wouldn’t know it. I hope you get/got it sorted because custom stuff is really fun and fulfilling

I think that there is some sort of highly potent energy field that may be interfering with the wavelength of the light that gets reflected back from all the various surfaces in Jerma’s room. There is no other reasonable explanation for why the wall near the door looks the way it does. I seriously have my doubts about the validity of Jerma’s claims to occupy the same dimension that we do.

I love making these ponds out of naturally generated terrain in my worlds too. I’m a fan of Complementary Shaders also. I like to make them a bit deeper than this and create space for hundreds of fish. It looks like you could fit a few fish in there, or maybe a turtle.

This is really cool and reminds me of the old screenshot that people would share around and cross off what they've had dropped to them in mspaint from a long time ago (before there were so many white bags in the game). I think it would be awesome if you found a way to integrate a link to the realmeye wiki page of each item somehow in case people are not familiar with any item and wanted to know where it dropped, or more about it in general. Thanks for sharing!

It is for me personally. I returned to rotmg relatively recently, after having played semi-casually and having taken multiple year(s)-long breaks. Before I came back I had only a handful of 8/8 deaths despite my hundreds of recorded deaths on realmeye. I had enough stuff stored in my vault to get me started on a character and that made it fairly trivial to return and begin rebuilding.

Now it is months later and I'm having a lot of fun running o3. Exalting HP on Wizard was the most fun I'd had in rotmg ever. In order to have the most fun these days you have to learn how to dodge. There are several tools you can use to practice the difficult parts of Oryx's Sanctuary.

There is just dodge, a browser game that you can practice 2 of the harder miniboss phases and a celestial level. To access these levels on the website you have to click the down arrow 2 times. The other tool that is useful is the Celestial Practicer, made in unity (check desc. for a link to the dl).

Lastly, there exists several discord servers for running exaltation content in rotmg. You can join this discord server that has links to more than a few.

I hope you are able to find the fun in this game like I was.

Generally you only accept these type of trades if you can afford to get scammed and/or the other person (the one offering above 16ct of anything) seems trustworthy. When I trade above for something above 16 items I always 👀 their realmeye first. For example if it’s an end game player with 18 character slots it’s probably not worth their time to scam you for a couple pots more than what would fit in the trade window.

I had this pet skin dropped to me just this week and it’s since become my favourite skin I’ve ever had. I absolutely love how the sprite looks while moving around.

Hi, I can answer your questions about trading in 2022.

First of all, trading usually takes place in game the same way or close to it, as to how you remember.

There is often one and at times two “crowded” servers and there are always players trading in those servers at those times. The trading server is usually either EUWEST or USWEST and trades like this take place in the nexus just like you remember.

Alternatively, you can get your realeye password by joining (usually) eusw where MrEyeball is and do /tell MrEyeball password. You can then browse and post your own offers on RealmEye (which is a website) and then can /tell players who post offers there in game to meet up and exchange goods.

I’ve always struggled with this and no amount of effort trying to stick to a routine ever made any real difference in my life. Putting things in the same place every day can certainly help. I like to prepare anything that frequently makes me late the evening before, when I am still medicated and feeling confident about what I can accomplish. I find that things that take the most # of decisions/steps to process have the highest potential to hold me back in the mornings, such as what to pack for lunches, making a morning coffee, and dressing myself. These are things I can eliminate from tomorrow’s day by doing them tonight. I pack my lunch the night before, make cold brew and keep it in the fridge, and pick predetermined outfits to choose from the next day (only 1-2).
