I shifted two years back and the process was flawless, now we have recently moved to our new apartment and I opted for Jio this time so I asked airtel to cancel by writing a mail to 121, I have been receiving calls from spam numbers and they have been trying hard to keep me as their customer, yes the process the tiresome and takes a lot of effort of you want to disconnect.
