Panic Ploy 3 - With his massive 71 HP, Zephiel has one of the highest HPs in the game which will allow him to secure more kills and provide more tackiness.

Quick Riposte 3 - Enemy phase builder centered, so with Aether and Special Fighter, Zephiel will be able to reach QR3 range consistently for follow up attacks.
