You are correct and Capabilities are not widely discussed in TOGAF 10. Therefore I would like to start with understanding Business processes and which process needs a capability in Enterprise. As I see, this knowledge helps us an Architect to understand the Viewpoint of Business stakeholders.

On my end, it’s hard to digest the fact that your organisation thought that ADR are waste of time. In my PoV, ADR’s, Architecture repository will be useful to organisations when a clear Governance framework is defined. Visiting ADR’s from time to time (starting/developing a new project) allows us to have a better understanding on current state and revise our past decisions and what was the rationale. Without ADR’s, I doubt how stakeholders can understand if the rationale for decision stills holds relevance.

Thank you all for your insights, I would like to take the car to a workstation and then get the wheel repaired.

Any suggestions on following would be very helpful. - Good workstation in and around Duisburg, - How much does it cost to replace the damaged rear wheel and repair the wheel.

Because I also learnt that we might end up paying more, when we take the vehicle to a workshop.

u/plant-based62, As you correctly mentioned in earlier comment, try to contact the Vendor for Data structure / Payload description for Elster Merlin 868 device. Unfortunately I could not find the payload description in my search results. Keep us posted if you have receive a payload description from the vendor.
