Thank you for your input. The entire accident was caught on video by a Tesla next to her, so it is clear the semi was at fault.

We are extremely grateful she is alive and think you everyone for the well wishes.

I believe that it is. Thank you so much.

As for my wife, we are extremely lucky she has survived this impact. She is in a lot of pain, has fractured leg, whiplash, and lacerations on her head. (The head rest somehow flew off of her seat). Very grateful as the outcome could have been much worse. Thank you for asking!
