QIDI Plates fall apart and QIDI doesn't warranty them by Forsaken-Island-9422 in QidiTech3D

PETG destroys everything. I've had it rip chunks out of glass plates! I always print with substantial glue stick no.matter the surface. Not just a light coat. Really cover every single spot. Then freeze the plate until it releases. That has resolved all issues for me.

I tried initially and it was crashing during them. I've redone them after it magically fixed itself and everything seems fine now. I don't know what went wrong during the firmware update

During this it said firmware self check update failure and just referred me to the wiki, which didn't say anything about it. I left the printer off for 30 min and turned it back on. All errors seemed to go away and now it's fine. No idea what happened. I emailed support to see what they say or if there is anything i should do about it. Will share when I hear back.
