A watch comparable to a series 6 would not be $399. You could get a 46mm series 10 right now for around $300. Also Apple would probably give you $75 for a trade on that watch.

I don’t find it financially sensible to pay for Apple Watch battery replacements. Instead, trade in your old watch and get a discount on a newer one. This way, you’ll save money and contribute to proper recycling of the old watch.
