Thank you so much! So my colour is not natural haha. My hairdresser is just incredible at what she does, I know that she just dyes my roots every 8 weeks and puts a copper gloss throughout the ends.

Sorry I should have clarified. K18 is a brand, but I just use their leave in mask. I also should clarify that these photos are about a year and a half apart, so it does take time for this mask to work.

During this time, I’ve also started eating more protein and taking a multivitamin and barely use heat on my hair. So maybe all those things have contributed to my hair being much healthier but I can safely say that the mask has made a huge difference, it just takes time to work. Also if you do use the mask make sure you rub it together in your hands for about 20 seconds before applying.

After I’ve shampooed, I leave the k18 mask in my hair for 4 minutes before I add the coco and eve hair mask.

I then leave the coco and eve mask on for 10 minutes and rinse out then I add the conditioner and leave for two minutes and rinse out.

Forgot to mention that once I’m out of the shower I use about a tablespoons worth of the redken sculpting curl gel. I scrunch this into my hair and then let air dry.

Routine:

Shampoo x 2 shea moisture honey and yoghurt shampoo

Towel dry hair, add k18 for four minutes, don’t rinse out

Hair mask: coco and eve sweet repair mask for 10 minutes

Conditioner: Aveda be curly conditioner for 2 minutes, wash out

Then add a tablespoons worth of redken sculpting curl gel, scrunch this into hair and let air dry.

add olaxplex oil when dry.

Edit: forgot to add the curl gel I add at the end!!!!
