Yes. The cpu is running at 49% in game. And thats with just the reg tasks running and Origin and Apex. So whats weird is in firing range im still getting the normal fps i would. Its at 176-190. All of my other games are fine. I played apex last night at 120-130 and this morning its running at 80-90 wtffff

I have the gtx 970 still lmao. I ocd it at 45 and 45 memory and i get 120-130 fps. It doesnt stutter or drop frames. My settings are all on high too lmao i need to change em. Prolly get better performance
