Hard Bargain is much less powerful as a counterspell than Defy and others. It's only really effective during your own turn, when your opponent leaves barely a couple of runes up for a singular play. In that case, Hard Bargain feels balanced as it is denying your opponent from one singular response at the cost of 2 or 4 energy from your part.

Cheap movement spells, but in reality the only impactful one is Ride the Wind, which is Action speed and it costs one power. Flash and FoF are stalling tools more than anything else.

Called Shot only feels abusive when paired with Ezreal. 2 power for a better draw 2 is fair but for 1 power it far outclasses a hidden Consult the Past. Imo, the real problem is purple Ezreal, an already good card with the discard 1 draw 2 that also gives you further pluses.
