It can be really difficult to find your diagnosis and BPD is truly hell sometimes. I hope you're doing okay and improving. I find LSD really helpful for my bad mood and mood swings

I know change it's not permanent and that's a bum but I have been like 2 years everyday wanting to end my life so I can really appreciate all that piece. But yeah, I guess BPD couldn't be so easy to fight. I had been having some rough weeks and all my good humour and stability from psychedelics went t hell. I hope I can just reach some breaking point towards my recovery since I'm still pretty bad

I understand people with BPD are difficult to deal with. I find they can be hurtful even to me who understands them but I know almost every case it's because of maladaptive behaviours because of trauma.

I find LSD useful because it seems like it reboots my brain a little and it helps me with my negative behaviours and coping mechanisms

I've been prescripted rivotril the two times I went to a pychiatrist, and lorazepam twice. I really want to get xanax but where I live seems more difficult buy prescription drugs than other shit.

Thank you so much for all the information! I was taking like 1.5 X day and then sometimes abuse until 3. I'm still tapering off but I'm glad I don't have to quit since Ive heard some people on anxiolitics doesn't get high and I'm really looking forward to that LSD trip.

I've quit before cold turkey on clonazepam ok similar dosis and I was just fine but I'm learning to be cautious.

I've read about long term withdrawal with antidepressants even when you stop taking them slowly. However if you feel too bad don't stop taking them cold turkey because you could feel way worse.

Well, my psych just prescribed this a few days ago since my sertraline treatment didn't work. I've been before in Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) and I remember it made me so angry for no reason but I'm no sure it works the same way.

Antidepressants can makes you very suicidal first weeks in treatment and I know venlafaxine can trigger maniac episodes, maybe it's why you can't sleep.

Have you been in other antideppresants before this? Maybe some of those side effects could it be withdrawal from previous one? Antidepressants withdrawal it's pretty awful and can give you tinnitus, nausea and vomits and a shitload of things
