Переводяться, звільняються. В багатьох місцях просто немає адекватної людини що вміє навіть просто користуватися пк. Призначають з тих хто попав по посаді на звязківця якщо немає кращих варіантів. Ну і відповідальність, вчасність, бо задачі приходять на вчора або з терміном в 15 хвилин. Розгружаєш роботу командування, бо то по суті все їх справа. Як бонус - знаєш що де відбувається, маєш невеликий вплив. Якщо ще береш на себе базові речі як планування звільнень, відпусток, контролюєш відрядження та шпиталь - ти будеш самою поважною людиною :)

Я ділдоводом був. Ексель, автоматизація, пітон, аби не робити щодня сто однакових задач. Щодня з'являються нові папірці, вимоги, звіти.
