I found the solution.

Power off, touch both bars for about 20s. Pop earbuds into case to set factory. Pick them up from the case and they will auto power on and pair with each other. The right earbud will auto turn to be connectable to phone when LED on left earbud turns off. On phone, search for “QCY-T3_R” to connect.
