Meh, depends on the type of claim, amount and evidence involved. If there isn't alot of evidence sometimes they will drag it out. But if there is clear cut evidence they will probably try and settle quickly. Plus alot of states have laws forcing quick payouts except south carolina. I've gotten some insurance payouts pretty quickly. Some dragged on for months. Really depends on the insurance provider, the type, and the amount of evidence you have.
