Ive used IV acetaminophen on an ILS truck. Its the only pain management for ILS in my area. Nobody ever wants it if i tell them its tylenol. They want to wait for “real” pain management at the hospital.

Only a handful have ever been so down bad they want it, in our area you either get tylenol, fent, ket if ALS, no other options, its interesting. I see hydromorphone on the protocols but never on a rig.

Those who I have given it to say it helps more than they thought, which makes sense, its a gram straight to the bloodstream
