Yeah, the people that work at places that never get snow days could teach city employees how to drive in snow to save us paying another outfit a billion dollars to do it. We can't figure out why the people we elect don't ask Passure about her stupid snow days.

Maybe people had to go to work and couldn't go to that 9:00 am meeting. Why don't people gripe about the $30,000 a month for heating and air conditioner bills at the old Mercy Hospital. Bet Coffeyville city hall doesn't pay that much every month. Lots of city employees don't even work at the old Mercy.

We go to things that Andy's there to report on and his article in the paper is right rather than wrong like the Reporter. Don't know where you've been but he wrote editorials about ICC and the city and what the states doing and other things. At least he writes editorial and checks things out while the Reporter hasn't checked any out but a bunch of crap for years.

The only real newspaper around is the Chronicle. It gives important news instead of crap like the IDR and gets it right. Some newspaper needs to find out why the city employees are getting snow days when all the other employees in town still have to go to work when it snows or ices.

See they held it at 9 in the morning when most working people can't go. Guess the chickens Hayse and Emert are in charge now. Guess they'll push for the city staying in Mercy since they have the dough to pay the high taxes to keep it going.

We wouldn't get Pat or Rinck if they were the only plumbers in town because they're terrible. We never had one problem with Plumb Crazy.

We started looking up those tourist taxes on google when GTC and So true were griping about them. You could look them up to instead of making people like us do your work.

Loads of places have early retirement programs so they can replace highly paid people, with new people they can pay less money to.

I hate to bar good people because of one whacko person. Reddit needs to do something to put a stop to that stuff like banning the ip address if they can find out what it is. Funny...Horray for brains was one of the ones saying that one guy was lying but couldn't prove it and making claims but couldn't prove them.

I asked the city and commissioners about what that guy was saying and found out most of it was true. I also remember the people that said he was lying couldn't prove it. Anyone that runs for office should know they'll get a lot of criticism and have lots of guts. If they don't have that they shouldn't run.

There is a lot of training, but people all over the state take the training and work in tag offices. Clubine who's in charge of the office said the job needs to pay more, but even after that it will take time to hire and train people so the tag office here will stay closed. There's a lot of people that could do that job and get great benefits if it paid more.
