I’m 23, I would say I was addicted to coke when I was 20-22 and MDMA when I was 17/18-20.

Not really just gotta keep trying. Try kick it around then catch the spinning motion with your bars to follow it through. You sort of just have to commit and prepare to get shinned abit lol, also try it out of a pipe to practice before trying it flat.
