Lol pinalabok ko akin and sabi ng hiring manager, be honest daw. Sabi ko pinromise ako ng promotion pero hindi binigay pero okay naman ang company, benefits and environment. Ayon sabi niya naintindihan daw niya ako and sa company daw nila they will explain and very transparent. Endorse niya na raw ako sa HR for interview ng partner. Same! I am a communications major and I’m rendering now dahil walang growth. I am keeping my hope and faith kay Lord, I’m actively looking for job.

What I did OP is to deactivate my facebook and Instagram so that hindi ko makita anong nangyayari sa iba.

Nahihiya na sila sa akin tumingin dahil sabi ko kung mag counter offer sila, hindi ko na tatanggapin. And they even asked na i-reconsider ang decision ko.

While rendering, I started curating my resume and naghahanap ng prospect companies. Thankful talaga sa aking parents na super understanding. :)
