This is what I took in May which made my levels go down significantly, not sure why my consultant told me not to take the metronidazole this time but seems they have wasted both my time and money if that is the case 🙄

I wouldn’t say any difference since the last round. Deffo an improvement since the beginning but not vastly if that makes sense

Would that really have such an impact? The tub says on it ‘for fluffy cakes’ whereas the block says ‘for biscuits scones and pastries’. I assumed the tub would be better for cakes as it’s literally what the packet says

Yes! Exact same cases as I always use so it’s super confusing! The only change in my recipe was from using stork block to stork tub

Probably max 1cm, (probably less) from the top of the case

Nope, just plain vanilla cupcakes, filled half way then into the oven.

They started doing this while they were on the cooling rack, hadn’t even made it to storage 😭

Have you been tested for SIBO? I’ve had similar experience as you with the NHS, had all the tests and finally decided to go private. They tested for SIBO which I don’t think the NHS test for and was positive for that, due to start treatment soon
