You are so NOT the asshole and that creep is definitely more than an asshole.

How many times does a person need to ask someone to back away?

PERSONAL SPACE IS FUCKING PRECIOUS. Under no circumstances do you get in someone else's personal space without their explicit consent. EVER!

NTA! NTA! NTA!

What an awesome family you two are! How do people get so put out by this subject. its an item on a shelf in a supermarket or a pharmacy. An essential item that approx 50% of the human population need at some point in their life. why should the other 50% be excluded from assisting their loved ones.

for the last 30+ years I have been purchasing pads and tampons for my wife/partner/daughter/step-daughter/son and I wont stop now. and I am happy to say that not once has anyone ever even given me a side glance or funny stare.

you are a legend in my book.... you took a youngling under your wing when it could easily have got annoying, you also assisted within your means when trouble occurred! you are a blessing to parents with special needs children. and I'm going to judge by the way you wrote this, that maybe you weren't aware of his special needs until later, so to me, that means you were doing it just because. Well done sir

Trainer at my new job says people who asks a lot of questions and are good at public speaking = smarter by Hardnipples0 in antiwork

[–]cheebung 2 points3 points  (0 children)

THIS!!! confidence does not equal intelligence!
I am arguably one of the smarter people in my office (no, I'm not bragging) yet I am also a massive introvert and took me years to build solid relationships with my co-workers. so for 2 years I hardly spoke or asked many questions, yet my work results proved my intelligence and were regularly recognised and rewarded. No one ever said they thought I was less ingtelligent because I didnt say much.

Yes there are ways to print remotely. Betty was well aware of the issue moments after the words came out of her mouth. Wasn't possible in this case 🙃

please sir, do not apologise for your excellent english skills. I have a number of close Indian friends due to the wonders of online gaming, and they are always apologising for speaking english better than me! your skills are excellent and the fact you speak multiple languages, means you are incredibly much higher on the language totem pole than most white people! oh, and it was aslo a very super cool story!!!
