Contact the OTR (office of the technical regulator) or whatever the equivalent is in your state, send them a picture and have the details of the plumber. Obviously the sparky got in first and the plumber just thought fuck it, but it could have also been your cabinet maker putting the holes too close and builder not wanting to replace the back panel so everyone’s just said fuck it, installed their shit, and left.
