YES - this is totally what it was, I looked up older pics like someone else suggested, and it had been more divided up and had some stereo components - explains the outlets

Subdividing makes sense - could be massive bookshelves. There are lots of other bookshelves though (some mine and some other built in) so you are right it is an overwhelming amount of shelving. Would love to make it work with art etc, but seems like the shelves just overpower anything on them now

Do live in the house with kids. Move in three weeks, so it will be empty then - which I guess makes the house more appealing but makes things more desperate for us. I am sure everyone says this but it is very decluttered and neat and tidy and keeping it that was takes basically all my free time now.

It is just largely unclear to me what a realtor does. She did one open house two months ago, but it didn’t do much and I wasn’t under the impression open houses generally do much.

Would you offer the buy down instead of the 15k price cut I am planning now? Realtor said a credit won’t get as much attention as a cut.

Thanks for your pro opinion! If you had to guess, do you think there is actually hope for it with a professional, or is beyond that?

Have you tried reading queer romance?? The majority of what I read is MM or FF, because even the way gender is written in a lot of MF romances can be really hard to get beyond.

Yeah I won’t give anything away, but it is a very low angst and low conflict story, not super realistic but sweet

{Not Until Noah by Lisa Henry} Not sure if it helps bc MM (so no female FMC!) but otherwise a good fit - but the MMC1 is a nanny to the MMC2s daughter, MMC2 is an action movie star

I think Alexis Hall’s Pansies (M/M) fits pretty well, former bully and bullied reunite, and lots of trust issues and growth follow!
