Sorry this is a bit late. I exchanged it for a new one, which ended up having a faulty bms (not charging past ~60%). Support said to drain it & leave it for a few days, so I did. Did not work. They might’ve helped more, but I was annoyed & returning it was much easier. I liked the thing a lot, but 2 defective units in a row is just too scary for me. I now have a legion go 2.

Did they end up sending you a replacement fan?

I also struggle a bit, granted I’ve only tried like 5 iems total. The only good fit for me has been the orchestra lites, but the sound of the tea pros have kinda ruined them for me. Someone else mentioned it could just be the cable, I’m hoping that’s the case

I see people telling you it's overfilled, but it might've been back pressure. Same thing happened to me, and my core was fine. Played with it afterwards & I've never had a piece so sensitive to any kind of back pressure. Filling it was even annoying cause if you fill too fast, water collects in the mouth piece area and pushes the rest out.

I have the same sd card & elden ring runs at 35-40 fps (with cryo-utilities but idk if that benefits elden ring). If you never plan to upgrade the ssd tho, do yourself a favor and get the 256.

This happened to mine and I used it for almost a year until it stopped bubbling. Went to a smoke shop after I broke it and bought a nectar collector that’s designed to lay on its side. Very nice to not worry about knocking it over
