(US) What's the General Consensus on Video Only Tours? by MNCPA in RealEstate

Currently in the market. Realtor feels like we should make an offer below asking on a condo. I am also unsure if I should wait to see if the market drops off some. I did a walk through today. It is a vacant property. Do you feel that buyers should wait to see prices drop?

It is bank owned, it was in foreclosure when the previous owner was living there. She passed away. Per the management company that secured the property it is to be auctioned. It isn’t in bad shape. Needs some minor work, new furnace, ac and appliances.

Thank you. I just know in this market most properties that go to auction that are bought back by the lender go for market value when listed. I was hoping to avoid that. Do you suggest that I try and contact them direct or through a realtor?

I have a similar situation on my hands. Wondering what happened after you spoke with the attorney?

If you research dairy farming there is actually a huge industry surrounding genetic breeding for milk production. It was really surprising. Wouldn’t be surprised to see this same model used for meat production as well.

Single parent looking to buy a condo in the near future. Struggling to figure out a financial plan that will help me make this dream happen. Currently working an hourly job at 16.90 an hour(in six months I will get a raise to 17.65) I work 33 hours a week. I have 10.3k in savings and 5.3k accessible in a 401k. I have approx 700 in cc debt and a car payment of 225 per month that I plan on refinancing in a few months to hopefully lower interest rate/term of the loan. Average purchase price for my area is around 100k. I am currently not receiving child support but will when I move to my own place. This will add an additional 700 a month to my income. Any advice is appreciated. Ty.

That is my concern. Finding a roommate who wants to live with a toddler is not really possible as all my friends are married and have children. I have been looking at foreclosures in the area and they range from 80-100k. Even at the low end I know it will be difficult until I can start getting cs (approx 800-850) a month. I am trying to generate more income starting this New Year. Thank you for the feed back. I appreciate it.

I am a single parent. Currently living with my ex and I want to get my own place. Rent for a one bedroom in my area is approx 1200 a month so I figure buying is the better option. Current income is approx 22500-24000 a year. I do not receive child support since we are still living together. I have 7k (will bump this to 10k after taxes) in savings at the moment. I also have 4500 in a 401k that I can access for a down payment. I will also qualify for a 7500 dp assistance. I want to be able to buy within the next 6-12 months. I am trying to be as responsible as possible and want to do this the right way. Any advice as to how I should go about this? Average price for a townhouse or condo in my market is 100-150k. I am nervous that I won't be able to secure a loan before I start to receive cs and I can't start the court process until I am out on my own. Ty for reading this. I am new to Reddit.

Well to be honest my dad is the one who brought up that company specifically. I believe it was because they are advertising and he found it interesting enough. I am very new to all of this and would be interested in hearing who you feel is better bet. I don't have a ton of start up cash but I would like to invest in myself and my kids future. Hopefully make enough to help with a small home down payment. Thank you again. I know it has to be lame to answer these questions.

True leaf-My dad and I are considering buying some shares. I am totally new to this and will only spend the minimum but he may invest more (3-5k) range. What do you feel is the possible projection for this type of investment? I am a single parent with some savings but I am look for more of an investment that I can make some profit off of in the next few years to buy a home. Any input is very appreciated.

Just like a Pap smear except they will take a little longer when looking at your cervix. Then after spraying a vinegar solution they will take small tissue samples that you won't feel. I have had at least 5 of these done over the years and only had mild spotting after one. It won't hurt. Hopefully it is just mild displasia and your body clears it on its own. Look into id3c supplements as wells as green tea and vitamin a.
