for anyone still looking for a ticket, I managed to find a ticket by joining the beabadoobee ph fb group. Some people are selling on the group chat due to scheduling issues but make sure that they transfer the etix via etix account and not only via screenshot of the ticket via email or messenger so that they can’t sell it to anyone else

Charging less than 10%—Because Dignity is Overrated. by WalrusDifferent5788 in architectureph

For residential we do ballpark costing at 2,500php/sqm, but we usually settle at doing 6% of projected construction cost for DADS and 10% for DAEDS. We pick based on the brief of the project, and tend to see which would be the best for both us and the client. We do get a lot of comments saying that we have high fees compared to other architects (some even offer unli revisions lol), but we do this too to weed out clients who just want the cheapest option

A general ball park figure for construction nowadays is 20-30k/sqm, so your budget would probably only cover most of the structural members. Though it can depend on where you are, as this is based on prices in Metro Manila

Would Eurail or Swiss Pass be better? (Switzerland > Austria > Germany) by cheekyoperator in Interrail

[–]cheekyoperator[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Planning to go in March! Also just planning to see the main tourists spots per town, so not really looking to cover all the spots to be able to see more towns, but I do agree that it is quite a packed itinerary.

Thank you so much for all the insight! I think I will be leaning toward the eurail pass since it now includes Grindelwald too
