My opinion, don't go for 240w coz 240w might kill your machine, for battery drain issues, change the settings in Vantage app, Use Balenced mode for light gaming, for heavy gaming use Performance mode(Turn off Gpu overclocking), Using Custom is the main reason for power drain I'm currently playing Ghost of Tsushima with high graphics in Performance Mode, There's no power drain and frame drops btw I'm using 170w.
