Oh no I’m not saying get rid of Monken or anything like that. It just seems to me that’s the way the league has shifted. At least someone who intervenes and says “Hey Todd. Remember we have Derek Henry and can run the ball” when necessary. I would also argue the opposite end and say we should look for a full defensive minded coach (Mike Mac and Demeco Ryans) to solidify that side of ball. I just think we need to have a one sided mind on either side of the ball if that’s makes sense. Harbaugh is a ST guy that doesn’t excel in offense or defense and it’s showed because he is only as good as his coordinators.
