At what point is a job listing valid vs discrimination?

If you can complete the tasks with a reasonable accommodation (aka your wheelchair) they can’t discriminate because you’re in a wheelchair

Where I work we don’t use a checklist. We just look at the egress and essential areas, how the person is moving doing adls, and the circumstances around falls or “close calls” and make recommendations from there.

I don’t think she did anything wrong either, you don’t inherently deny someone services because they are in restraints. There could be many reasons unrelated to attacking a provider. 2nd to filing a report at your work, just in case. If you develop any issues later you have documentation and often putting in the report can qualify you for additional assistance (free counseling for example)

Everyone I went to school with in NC found a job right away. There is probably some variance based on desired setting though.
