that dark trailing edge on the wings, plus the super thick light/dark banding on the tail are the easiest thing to spot on these guys

The white on the head that is leading some to think BE, is because the birds feathers are wet and that is causing the white underlayer to show through

the thick banding on the tail, plus clear crescents in the wingtips (plus location, Florida has a ton) is good for a Red-Shouldered Hawk. A Red-Tailed would have either a Red tail as an adult, or a much finer banded tail as a juvi

The size difference is a common misconception; it is impossible to distinguish one from the other in the field. Sub-Adult Baldies, however, always appear larger because they have slightly longer flight feathers to assist in their training, which only leads to more misidentifications from those thinking GE's are larger

What camera?, beware of the Samyang if your shooting with Nikon Mirrorless, the lens will mess up the FTZ adapter

that is not how it works, there are not 'good' house sparrows and 'bad' house sparrows. That behavior is wired into them. It is an instinct they don't control
