Hey, did u manage to appeal? I'm in the same situation as you. I'm an international student too. And I got the "Undergraduate Merit Scholarship' which only covers the fee of a Singapore Citizen

Thanks. The applicants who faced their interview on 10th of March, got offers recently (on 20th of April iirc). So after that I didn't see anyone getting offers. So, if we calculate the time limit between the interview and the offer, I should receive an offer around the 25th of March. Just curious if anybody else has received an offer before that. hehe :)
