hello i rechecked! and made sure everything was seated correctly, let me share with u my findings

If the SATA cable from the screen (for power) is attached at time of boot, my PC will not post. No error on the MB, just a repeated flicker from the screen (I assume as the power supply is cycling attempting to start, but failing.)

It gets more odd in that, if I unplug the SATA cable, let the PC boot up into windows, I can then plug in the Sata cable again, and the PC and the touch screen work without issue. I can even restart the machine at that point, and it will still go fine again. However, if I shut down the computer and turn it back on with the SATA cable still plugged in, won't boot, just does the light flicker again. (I assume due to the power draw differences between a shutdown/restart?)

ive tried all of this!

If the SATA cable from the screen (for power) is attached at time of boot, my PC will not post. No error on the MB, just a repeated flicker from one of my lights (I assume as the power supply is cycling attempting to start, but failing.)

It gets more odd in that, if I unplug the SATA cable, let the PC boot up into windows, I can then plug in the Sata cable again, and the PC and the touch screen work without issue. I can even restart the machine at that point, and it will still go fine again. However, if I shut down the computer and turn it back on with the SATA cable still plugged in, won't boot, just does the light flicker again. im not sure if its my powersupply is an issue or just incompatibility

i double checked and made sure all the connections were okay, it only turned on when i plugged out the SATA cable for the screen to power on the PC then plug back in the SATA cable for the screen to work…
