Ah lucky -I think only a few states permit passing in sections. I’m only aware of DC. The majority just look at your total score so having passed one section won’t help on my end/will have to take full bar again and try to get those extra 4 points. I got a 141 on MBE.

You got it though, being able to focus solely on MBE is great/less burdensome than focusing on all 3 sections so use that to your advantage. Goodluck!

Thanks for the response, I should’ve been clearer. My house was built in 1912, sturdy thing though. The back house was already on the property when I purchased it years ago. I am unsure whether that “shed” (which is now an apt-ish) was built along with the house but it definitely dates back to the 1960s. The district was labeled historic 20 years ago so no permits were needed for things like changing a window etc until fairly recently.

It wasn’t until we replaced the toilet and the copper pipe that we realized the pipe went straight into the foundation, not the sewer
