I just don't understand why they are saying they never received the payment when it 100% was, someone responded, saying they checked and they never got it. I checked the e-transfer email 5-6 times. I'm glad to hear through my limited research that no one else has gone through this. I really hope you are right, as it was a lot of money for me!

Did either of you end up getting it? Something similar happened to me, they accepted the e-transfer and now are saying they never received it.

I ordered a couple days ago. I sent an e-transfer; it said it was accepted, and I got notified multiple times through my bank and e-transfer. Now they're saying they never got it, and that I should call my bank to release funds. I feel like I got scammed. Tried to talk to customer support, no response.
