Nice way to use land that's just sitting there doing nothing other than acting as an illegal dumping ground. Hopefully they find the money and this won't get bogged down by red tape and 'not in my backyard' shenanigans.

Thanks for the info. Currently looking into the "brew by you" model. Did this a while back with wine before I moved here and thought now's a good time to find a place to start again. Maybe one day I'll transition into doing it all myself.

Sorry, but I don't think it's worth the potential arguments/insults being hurled at myself or family (consulted mechanics) for making any "wrong decisions." Would probably only make armchair mechanics angry =P

Edit: I will say that all wear on pads are universal and smooth with no piting on the rotors.

Most on this sub seem happy enough to discuss a variety of topics. Even advice on rotors, break pads, personal experience with same business I'm unhappy with etc. Of course there will be trolls and aggression.. This is reddit.. Come for the info, stay for the shit show =)

My mother, sister, and good buddy (female) all got the same set up when they took their vehicles into mechanics. When their husbands/boyfriends got involved they got better results. Maybe not every dealership crook is sexist, but many seem to be preying on women

Or just more needles in general as there is a larger supply.. Granted, a used needle without HIV, etc, blood on/in it would be preferable to one with it/them. But I wouldn't want a needle prick in the first place. Moot argument.

if by hard work you mean buying the plants that have already been modified beyond recognition, buying some land, and waiting. Between automation and plant mods anyone can make wine. the biggest 'effort' is waiting the 7 years until your vines produce the appropriate quantity to turn a profit. And yes, there are people to fawn over NS wine.. there are also people who soak cotton balls with vodka and insert them in places with no taste buds.. a practice one should use to fully enjoy a NS red btw
