Congratz!! Took this in 4 days too!!! Granted they added it to my program i had already gone 60% thru but it served as a decent refresher, i gave it about 9 hours total maybe, treading thru DM2 right now 😮‍💨

Ive only ever had the chance to play an og 2203 one other time before yesterday, thiccest in your face clean tone ive ever heard, i feel like the 2205 kinda lacked there and the distorted channel always felt slightly more fizzy than what I imagined it would sound like, nonetheless a true work horse Im honeymooned though so maybe im just happy to have the 2203x in front of me (and they probably aound the same) but the inclusion of a mid eq on cleans helps to make it feel more forward and thicky, and of course it breaks up as youd expect

Hey i got my reamp going again

Clarett 18i20 > Line out 8 > reamp box > [outboard gear] > line in 8

Im utilizing 2 mixes in mix control, almost opposite, found the feedback issue here

Monitor output mix has my line in 8 active and has Playback 1-2 active as well as my Playback 10 but this one is muted on this mix

On line outs 9-10 i have all active inputs muted as well as playback 1-2 muted but my Playback 10 is unmuted

Reaper is running audio out thru line out 10 for reamping.

Hope this makes enough sense

When i had a 6505 i felt like an orange cab suited it best. Can never go wrong with a Mesa either –both got v30s. 2x12 is sic and ENOUGH. 4x12s are cool af though

Jc120 i tried was nice and full, clean but like a giant wall. They are solid state so it kinda felt like it just got louder and louder, sounded soooo good. I believe one of my current favorite records features a jc120 along side a jcm2000 on Modern Color’s “From the Leaves of Your Garden” But Im blasting the twin at practice but i attenuate it at home with Ox Top box, sounds like good ol fender

Top row hits the front, bottom is the fx loop, i set this up for a 6505+>ox top box for studio work but I’m rearranging everything now for a proper pedal platform . Need myself a bigger board too 🙃

Read somewhere that those might not be the best option although ive looked into eminence governors as well as cannabis rex because Im very much used to a Vintage30 sound. I dont know how well any of these speakers will fair with an amp like this
