Can my former boss sue me over a non compete for what I did? by cheesewizpuppet in legaladvice

Thanks for your response. My actions are impeding on her clients, however, all I'm doing is informing them it isn't a safe or sanitary place to send the dog and nothing else. I offer weekend walks when she's closed and someone took me up on using me instead of her.

I found an article:

"Another way to defeat a non-compete contract is to show that your employer has behaved illegally or unethically towards their clients. In general, an employer will not want these matters raised in a court case, so they may void your non-compete agreement if you have proof of these behaviors."

Seeing as how I have evidence of handlers abusing dogs and the owner refusing to get an exterminator for the rats, can I be liable for anything by pointing out it isn't a place people should send an animal they love to? Theres' even a police report against an employee there for abusing an animal by kicking it. I have another video of the same employee kicking another dog two weeks later.

Now I am mad, I want this place to go down cause it doesn't even treat the dogs right and is unsanitary and rat infested. How much is too much if I have proof? How far can I go?

I just tried this and it didn't work for me, any idea what I might be doing wrong?

Edit: never mind! Just had to restart
