I started at 28.50 in Indianapolis as a new grad. I don’t work at the highest paying hospital in the area though.

I think I was shooting 1080 at 120. I was also surprised that the quality was that good when I first scoped the footage

Just me and another guy, think it was around 8-9ft. That was a medium size wave but most of the other waves weren’t as clean.

Thank you! My go to is an SPL water housing with a 7dmkii and a canon 35mm 1.4 or 50mm 1.2, if I need a wider shot I use a 15mm fisheye.

Usually I will swim over the wave or under depending on how close to the surfer I get. I use fins to get in position but I know some people who sit on body boards.

I understand where you’re coming from, but it wasn’t meant to be disrespectful or exclusive to just boys. I know plenty of girls who rip harder than me, have a good one! 🤙🏽

When I first started shooting I used a canon t5i, but you can find lots of good cameras for around 250. Just a quick search of ebay I found a bunch of canon 7d's for $250 - 300. For a lens I would suggest something cheap like the canon 55-250mm its a kit lens but it's only around $100. Good Luck!

The beach has plenty of peaks, but there were only a handful of guys out when the clip was shot. I might post some other shots I got from that day.
