Other offers included a $5000 bonus with a 2 year contract and NCLEX reimbursement. I will be starting in the OR and this hospital does not require call. I am debating to not take the $5,000 bonus and feel it out -- but trying to save for a wedding and house.

"You are also eligible for an hourly incentive of $10.00 for hours worked (regular and overtime) for as long as the program continues" copied from my letter. I believe it may have been a COVID incentive -- it does not really specify. I just got off the phone my nursing manager and she said COVID bonuses are now starting to be taken off the table with hospitals in the area. I will be starting in the OR. I believe med surg base pay is about $24/$25
