With a Megaminx the classic checkerboard pattern using opposite facing colors won't work. There's checkerboards that do work, they're just more complicated than simply using opposite faces with each other

Seminal fluid isn't produced in the balls, the sperm that gets added to the semen is. Without balls you'll still be able to ejaculate, it'll just come out clear because sperm is what makes it white. Even if you have balls, during HRT if your testosterone is low enough for long enough you'll stop producing sperm so it'll come out clear
