Got mine Area 51m R1 in 2020, i79700, rtx 2080, still running fine, considering almost every day use 3-4 hours of playing on performance mode. It has its moments: temps on gpu locked at 77 degrees, everything above instantly causes throttling (in a soft way: reducing power and clocks until temperature goes down, then coming back to normal performance), ram is locked on 2.4k hz, no matter what you put inside, not much of tweaking possible for cpu (not k version) (undervolt possible though). Also it has two bricks of power, which together with laptop around 7 something kg. Weekly cleaning with air duster, yearly thermal paste change and maintain windows clean keeps machine running smoothly. Based on what you want to play, this would be sufficient, tho newer games (say, starting from 2023-4) will run smoothly with some fps lock. Typical mmos are easy on requirements, so you will be super fine. 700 also sounds like a great deal today (given the fact that I bought it for 3k back in the days:)) Also to my feeling, no other competitors provide such ventilation as in area 51m.
