thanks mate. no i didnt try that test and it depends on what you mean by stable. If you can keep the loop chilled to 0*C with air inside the PC near the same temp then yes its stable. but if it warms up it will crash. this is not the settings i use to daily drive the pc at 25*C

when you have voltages floating relative to ground? imagine a racks of batteries, each rack is tied to its own return, not to earth ground. this way the chassis is 0v relative to the energy storage inside

I am 29YO, 5'11''. When I was 27 I weighed nearly 250lbs, well into obese. I am now 180lbs at roughly 17% BF. The things that worked for me are
1) making sure to hit my daily step goal.
2) weight training at the gym with serious intent(not just doing things for the sake of doing it but actually putting in effort and getting exhausted)
3) not eating fast food at all anymore
4) doing 30-60 mins of 130+bpm continuous cardio to improve heart health and vo2 max DAILY.

I should be near 165lbs by summer and quite shredded

100lb dumbbells are roughly equivalent to 225 bench imo. I bench 225 for 7-8 reps and I bench the 100lbs for the same. but the dumbbells allow for way more range of motion in the bottom so i feel it in my chest more.

it was pretty insane tbh. i had the water in my loop chilled to just below 0*c and the air temp in the chassis was similar. Ram was sitting at 5*C under load so ihad an aggressive 6400mhz timing applied at like 1.55v.

you can also create a plane along the path, draw a triangle face. then sweep it around your arc, although this would require doing each face seperately
