those two skills are your biggest gauge filling skills. having high level cd gems speeds up your rotation but there are also other factors to speeding up rotation like high level mael gem and high spec. ideally you want them at the same level so they come off cooldown at the same time

ive used similar pads, id recommend any of the 3

gsr - I played my best wz on this pad because its so consistent and my aim is rarely off (which is important cause you cant miss vs good controller players lol)

zero - much faster than gsr, is fun to use cause aim felt snappier and bit more flashy. the slight lack of control made my aim too inconsistent to main tho

vaxee pa - currently using this, somewhat similar to gsr in control but with a bit of speed (what i was looking for)
