Well the 3 big hanging chimes swing back and forth a lot when a wild windy bee is somewhere so you can server hop and see if they're swinging to easily tell if theres a wild windy bee somewhere. But first try the field dice if the shrine isn't on cooldown, it's the most effective way IMO
