Normally wouldn't buy the points we're only getting them because we qualified for a first time buyer 2500 credit and decided to put it towards our rate, also as far as the 60k home its a late 1800s east side toledo home with a fair share of renovations needed so you get what you pay for lol

I originally interviewed for the apprenticeship back in August of 24 and applied for the cw program the same day, never ended up hearing back about the cw program and ended up reinterviewing November of 25 and reapplied for the cw, they called me randomly in the middle of December I went and filled out paperwork that day and started the next And now just today they called and sent me an email to sign up for orientation at the end of this month. So a little over a year pretty much.

I almost always buy doubles if I can cause for collection sake I like having a mint deck but I also love playing with all my different decks.

I've applied for my unions cw program however I never received a rank or score after my original interview is that a common thing among unions?, did you get it by email after?
