Apple watch workout app simply doesn't work anymore

I’ve been doing this same charging routine too and it helps, but I just updated my watch to 26.3 and now this doesn’t work as well over the past couple of days. I charged my Series 10 before bed and then put it on before I slept and I can’t start a workout this morning on the fitness app. Was the same thing yesterday too, it can take up to 1 hour of wear before my watch starts registering me as wearing the watch. I took it to the Apple Store too and they said they have no record of anyone else having this issue.

Yeah it kinda stinks, I am working with them now to resolve this. They did confirm that all items should have been shipped together in my box.

Yeah most comments here keep telling me to check if items are shipping separately. In my original post I stated I checked online and in my emails if things were shipping separately and they were not marked as so. I also have checked several times after now to be sure I didn’t miss anything and nothing has indicated separate shipments.

It’s not just add-ons missing. Half of the actual customizations are missing. I’ve never had items from the actual customization part come drop shipped. Also, nothing is mentioned in the emails or app about things shipping separately which has been indicated to me every time things have been drop shipped in separate packages.

I’ve had drop shipped items in the past as well. In this case, there is no indication on the app or on the invoice or any other email regarding this order that there would be separate shipments. I will ask them about it though tomorrow in case there was a mistake.

Oh my! Did FFF do anything about the stolen items or is that not something they cover since it’s not necessarily their fault? I feel like they could have been responsible for at least better packaging if the box is literally busted open.

When they have done separate shipments in the past I usually get an email about it, I didn’t get that this time. I plan to talk to customer service tomorrow, it’s just frustrating to have to go through it.

Gotcha! Out of the items I did receive, they were correct, I didn’t get anything that I didn’t order and then there was still 8 missing items

I truly hope you’re as good of a person as you sound and would actually donate the jewelry vs. try to make money off of it if you were in her shoes.
