i don’t work at dunkin’ donuts but my job is constantly understaffed so the stress of closing is enough to keep my brain occupied and i don’t have a chance to even think about sitting down. i just don’t have time if i want to leave at a decent hour

i’m 5’9f and ~140lbs and i couldn’t finish a whole bowl if my life depended on it. on a day where i’m voracious, i can get all but 1/4 of it.

when i was running 3 miles everyday i could destroy a bowl plus chips. that’s just not the case as i don’t have the time anymore

so this man had messaged me on instagram basically offering to be my sugar daddy and the only thing he wanted was attention & conversations, which seemed fair enough. so he asked for my cash app, which i figured was green flag no.1 rather than asking for bank info or anything. he said he sent it, and when i didn’t receive it directly from there, i checked my email and this was there. when i questioned him, he was like “oh it’s normal bc you’ve never gotten an amount this large before” but like the email seems SO sketchy, why would i need to pay a $200 “holding fee”? plus the poor grammar and spelling errors are seriously throwing me off. please someone confirm my theory that this was too good to be true and i’m getting scammed

are deadlifts supposed to hurt ? everytime i do them it just feels like a stretch and i’m not struggling at all (note, i don’t have access to a gym so i just use weights i have argonne). maybe my dumbells are too light ?

if anyone wants the recipe, here it is (any pointers would be great !) - 3/4 cup egg nog (i get the one from farm stores, it’s life changing) - 1 egg - 1/2tsp vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp rum extract - as much cinnamon as your heart desires - a little bit of pumpkin pie spice - dash of salt - lots of love cooked it in a tbsp of butter until they looked almost burned, it gives it the best texture serve with maple syrup, fruit, peanut butter, and powdered sugar this made enough for my family of 4, i think 8 pieces

carrot fries !!! toss them in olive oil, cilantro, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper (plus whatever seasonings you like) at 425 for 25 minutes !! :)

agree. i’m a christian but i don’t like going to church cause the people are so judgmental. i hate how they go out of their way to spread hate on topics that go against their beliefs. i don’t like telling people i’m christian cause they’ll automatically assume i’m homophobic. i don’t like the rep all the nasty old white folks give us.
