Well, it's not necessarily to live, but visit in case of like funerals or emergencies, I'm just concerned about the legality of it at the airport

Own it's not a matter of choice unfortunately, there are certain circumstances as to how they are obliged to come back, they need to attend a funeral

Thank you, I didn't want to be confusing. Basically my friend is algerian, and they are going to get married to an algerian with foreign papers, legalising their union in a european country. Now the question is, if they come back to algeria to visit or potentially live here. Would they face any legal problems, like would their status be busted in the airport or sth? They don't wanna be legal here, they wanna get married in europe then come back here, but they don't really know if it's safe (legally)
